2click tube clamp makes for an easy and fast installation of tubes. The plastic socket isinstalled - the tube is clicked in - the clip is clicked on - and now the tube is in a secure and creak free position.

2click is available in standard to Ø 12, 15, 18 and 22 mm tubes.

2click is an optimal choice for water, gas, and cable tubes - but most other types of piping as well.

15 mm 2click tube clamp is tested to withstand 75 kg of perpendicular drag as well as various impacts.

The clean and smooth surface makes it easy to clean.

POM - polyacetal

The plastic material that is used for the plastic part is POM. POM is a hard and springy material. POM is the most used material universally.
POM burns with a clear blue flame without visible smoke but with a sharp smell as of formaldehyd.
POM burns to CO2 and water at complete combustion.
The ignition temperature is 375°C / 707°F. Fire rating UL94 HB.

At outdoor use it is recommended to use the Antracit colored socket. This is to make sure that there is no decomposition of the socket due to UV-radiation.

POM is used heavily in the food industry as the material is easy to clean and does not gets affected notably by the cleaning detergents that is used normally.

Furthermore POM is used for:

  • Wheels
  • Bearings
  • Rolls
  • Gears
  • Bushings
  • Conveyors
  • Precision engineering

Clip materials

Stainless steel 1.4301

The stainless steel that is used for the clip is a eftervalset (rolled?) 1.4301. The reason why 1.4301 is used is that it increases the spring strength.

  • Sinks, pans, cutlery
  • Architechtural panels
  • Sanitary products
  • Piping
  • Production equipment with in brewery, dairy, food and farmaceutical industry.
  • Springs, bolts and screws

Tin bronze

Is the classic bronze. An alloy of copper and tin that is rolled (eftervalset?). Typically contains >85 % copper and the rest is tin and very small amounts of other materials that strengthens the alloy.

  • Springs for electrical switches
  • Impellers
  • Bearings
  • Gears
  • Bolts
  • Nuts
  • Screws
